Adam Padgett
A native North Carolinian, Adam Padgett has published short fiction in The Common, Bellevue Literary Review, Appalachian Heritage, The South Carolina Review, SmokeLong Quarterly, and elsewhere. He has won the 2014 Ron Rash Award for short fiction. Formerly a mentor for PEN America’s Prison Writing Program, he is currently a PhD candidate in Composition and Rhetoric at the University of South Carolina where he teaches writing.
