Gabriel Daniel Solis

Gabriel Daniel Solis is from Seguin, Texas. Except for a few years in New York City, he has lived in south Austin for the past several years. When he's not writing about history, culture, and philosophy, Gabriel runs the Texas After Violence Project, a restorative justice project that documents the impacts of state violence individuals, families, and communities. His writing has appeared in the Oxford American and Cultural Dynamics: Insurgent Scholarship on Culture, Politics, and Power.
